You shut down those absurd worries about what your midsection is going to look like or where your belly button goes. I consider it the post-baby-body to be be an excellent gift from God... see, if I cannot have sex for 6 weeks after delivery, then I don't want to be listening to my hubby whine for 6 weeks after delivery, so I have been granted a thoroughly unsexy body to help keep him from WANTING to have sex for 6 weeks. Besides, lactation is a wonderful, wonderful thing. And having all those lil ones to take care of? You'll be fine. And even if you still need work after that, you have the benefit of a baby whose weight increases over time like a weight-training program AND you're in no danger of eating the baby as you would be with soup... Besides, you need some hips for putting snuggly little babies upon... don't hurry it too much. Focus on all the things that go by WAY TOO FAST instead of the things that stick around WAY TOO LONG - like infancy. You can lose weight long after you stop being able to sleep with your newborn on your chest. Hugs!Melishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06790673507263670984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1377597847115472379.post-41001327219316188412010-01-12T20:36:58.645-06:002010-01-12T20:36:58.645-06:00stay in denial, it is a lovely country with many p...stay in denial, it is a lovely country with many perks and benefits.jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14528097262965619732noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1377597847115472379.post-15867114708532129612010-01-12T18:40:19.296-06:002010-01-12T18:40:19.296-06:00My friend, you are just fine!!!
